The Open Enrollment period for the health insurance marketplace is officially open. It will run thru February 15th. 

If you’re signing up for the first time or need help changing your plans there’s a special opportunity Wednesday. 

There will be a phone bank in Lincoln that will answer your questions about Open Enrollment. It will be from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. You can call one of these numbers:
