Wet weather and winds delaying some Nebraska harvests

This latest weather pattern is putting a damper on harvest for area farmers, causing some to postpone their time in the fields.

While some corn producers are able to pick during this weather, others are at a standstill.

Some dry-bean producers were able to pick Wednesday, but farmers say it’s a percentage game–with moisture adn winds effecting bean harvest.

Still they remain cautiously optimistic they can get back to work soon.
