Woman accused of stealing jewelry and money caught in Nebraska

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A woman accused of stealing money and jewelry in Nebraska has finally been caught, after nearly two months of searching.

The Nebraska City Police Department’s K9 Unit announced that she was captured on social media this week.

The department said the woman stole almost $950 worth of jewelry, along with a bra and a veterans memorial donation box.

Police posted back on May 7 they would “Love to exchange her stolen rings with some silver bracelets,” while calling her actions disgusting behavior.

There’s no word just yet on where she was captured or if any of the items will be returned.
