Woman arrested after illegally parking stolen vehicle in north Lincoln, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A woman was caught with pills Thursday after illegally parking a stolen vehicle in north Lincoln, police say.
Around 3:30 p.m., an officer saw a Pontiac G6 illegally parked near 12th and Claremont streets.
The Pontiac was reported stolen near 52nd and Benton streets, according to police.
Brandy Finch, 27, and another person ran out of the vehicle, police said. After a brief chase, officers took Finch into custody.
Officers found a purse containing 10 oxycodone pills in the vehicle, police said.
Finch also gave officers a fake name, according to police.
She was arrested on suspicion of several charges, including criminal impersonation and theft.
