Woman driving with dog plows into Lincoln home, according to police
UPDATE, 10 a.m. — Lincoln Police revealed more about the woman they say was behind the wheel.
They say the 45-year-old was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Police also say the crash caused an estimated $30,000 in damage.
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Police believe alcohol played a role in a Tuesday morning crash.
They say a vehicle hit a home near 56th and J Streets just after 4 a.m.
We’re told a woman and a dog were inside the vehicle, and several people were at the home.
Everyone is expected to be OK, but a building inspector is assessing the damage.
They’ll make sure the home is safe and determine how much repairs are going to cost.
