Woman in critical condition after hit and run
A Lincoln woman is fighting for her life this morning after being hit by a vehicle, that then fled the scene at Antelope Valley Parkway and O Street.
Lincoln Police say the hit and run run happened around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The 20-year-old victim was in a crosswalk, walking across the street, when a vehicle hit her, police say.
She was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police are still looking for the driver and at the this time have no description of the vehicle.
The woman’s identity has not been released.
