Woman killed when ejected in rollover crash in Omaha

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A woman died Thursday after being ejected from her vehicle in a crash in Omaha.

The Omaha Police Department said the crash happened around 4:20 am. on the Interstate 80 off-ramp at 13th Street.

A Cadillac Escalade – driven by 35-year-old Jessica Carlson-Riesland – was exiting I-80 when it left the road.

The vehicle drove onto the grass median and rolled, ejecting Carlson-Riesland, police said.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.  An investigation is ongoing.
