York Police uncover Texas child abuse, torture case following drug arrests
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The York Police Department uncovered a child abuse and potential torture case in Texas after arresting four people on drug charges.
Earlier this month, police were dispatched to the Yorkshire Motel on a disturbance among guests.
Police found that two women, two men and one child were staying in the room where the argument occurred.
During the investigation, one person who was potentially armed fled from the scene. Officers found drugs, drug paraphernalia and loaded magazines in the room.

The adults told York Police that the boy willingly left Texas with them because he was being severely abused and potentially tortured.
Police gathered enough evidence to receive assistance from Homeland Security Investigations and the FBI to arrest one man and two women in Texas.
All four adults in York were arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.
The identity of all parties in custody is being withheld to protect the victim.
