The Lady Jeffs tweeted a picture of their 2018 softball team. They also announced the team captains, Toriann and Laney.
Representative Don Bacon tweeted thank you to the young men from troop 344 who volunteered to present the colors at his tenth town hall in Valley.
The Nebraska Lasers basketball team recapped their summer stats.
Pius High School put the football team to use off the field. The boys scrubbed down the locker room in preparation for the season. Lincoln Pius High School wrote on Facebook they did a great job cleaning up!
The Lincoln High School Pomalinks attended the Universal Dance Association camp. They were awarded four All-Americans and a superior trophy. LHS Pomalinks tweeted it was so great watching them all grow.
Nebraska State Patrol Colonel Bolduc won all five of his swimming events at the Cornhusker State Games. Officer Audrey Arbuckle followed up with a tweet reminding herself to only challenge him on land.
The Voice finalist and Nebraska native Hannah Huston tweeted a boomerang sharing her love for Runza.
Norris superintendent John Skretta poked some fun at recent dress code concerns in area schools, tweeting, "When wearing your Norris Titans polo, you may pop the collar up or wear it down. You’re fashion forward either way."
