13-year-old injured in shooting at party in north Omaha, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A 13-year-old boy was shot early Thursday morning at a party in north Omaha, police say.

Omaha Police are investigating the shooting, which happened around 2 a.m. at a house near North 35th Street.

The victim had been shot by an unidentified person while at a party, according to police.  His injuries are not life-threatening.

An investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to call Omaha Crime Stoppers at 402-444-STOP.
