Ricky Turco To Undergo A Psychiatric Evaluation

A Lincoln teen charged with manslaughter in a March car crash was back in court on Tuesday. Ricky Turco, 18 left the County-City Building after a hearing to determine if he should be evaluated for his competency to stand trial. A judge decided he will undergo a psyciatric evaluation. Turco is charged in the death of Megan Churchill, 15 who was in the car turco was driving when it crashed in south Lincoln.
