‘Moving to a conclusion’: Candidates claim victory, votes continue to be tallied

WASHINGTON (KLKN) — Although votes from several battleground states have yet to be counted, this morning a Biden official says the 2020 race is “moving to a conclusion — and moving to a conclusion in our favor.”
This comes after the presidential candidate disputed President Trump’s false claim of victory hours before.
“As I’ve said all along, it is not my place or Donald Trump’s place to declare who’s won this election. That’s the decision of the American people,” said Biden. “It ain’t over until every vote is counted, every ballot is counted.”
President Donald Trump also disputed the race’s ballot county, as deadlines are pushed back and new rules are put into place.
“We don’t want them to find any ballots at 4:00 a.m. and add them to the list,” said President Trump. “This is a major fraud on our nation. We want the law to be used in a proper manner. So we’ll be going to the U.S. Supreme Court. We want all voting to stop.”
The race continues to move forward as the nation waits for official results out of key states who will determine the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election.
