Blue started in all 34 games for the Tommies in his junior season, averaging 12.3 points and 4.4 rebounds per game.
He also recorded 83 assists, 15 blocks and 34 steals. The Woodbury, Minnesota, native led the team in rebounds per game.
Blue’s announcement came hours after Air Force forward Will Cooper, a Millard South alum, revealed he would transfer to Nebraska.
Nebraska has also added Rhode Island transfer Jamarques Lawrence — a former Husker — and Iowa transfer Pryce Sandfort to next season’s roster.
