Crete Police Chief Gary Young funeral information announced

CRETE, Neb. (KLKN) — The Crete Police Department (CPD) announced Police Chief Gary Young’s funeral information today. Young passed away on Monday, July 27.

CPD thanked everyone who shared sentiments for Young.

The visitation is at Ag Hall at Tuxedo Park at 9 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 3. The funeral service begins right afterwards at 10 a.m.

CPD said a law enforcement procession will escort Chief Young to the Lincoln Memorial Cemetery following the funeral.
