Lincoln community comes together for Coffee with a Cop

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Lincoln Police Department (LPD) officers met with Lincoln residents for national Coffee with a Cop day.

LPD said it was a great time to connect with individuals.

People were invited to ask questions, raise concerns or just have conversations.

“It’s really great to be able to come out here and be available and answer questions that folks have about their police department, their city or anything that’s happening in their neighborhood,” Ben Kopsa, LPD captain, said. “Also, hear their concerns that they have about anything going on in their community.”
