JUST IN: 23-year-old man in South Manchester arrested in connection with last night’s attack outside of the Manchester Arena, police say.

As it stands right now, 22 people have been killed and nearly 60 others are injured in an explosion in Manchester, England.

Authorities there are saying this is a terrorist attack and are working to gather further information on the attack.
