Above Average Temperatures Continue
We had a quick taste of winter earlier in the week, but that is all behind us. Temperatures are going to be above average through the weekend and into at least the first half of next week. Precipitation chances are small, but we could see a little rain Saturday, then again Tuesday and Thursday of next week.
After dropping into the teens and lower 20s that last couple of mornings, Friday morning will feel much warmer. Temperatures will drop to around 40 degrees.
After starting the day near 40 degrees, we’ll see a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the middle 60s. That’s about 10 degrees above average!
It might be a little cooler to the north, but most of us will reach the 60s Friday afternoon.
Precipitation chances are small, but there’s a small chance on Saturday. We DO need the rain in central and eastern Nebraska where there continues to be an Extreme to Exceptional Drought going on.
