Another gloomy day 1/7/2021
Patchy fog and drizzle continue to be the biggest weather concerns this morning as visibility has been reduced. Make sure to have your wipers on and be cautious while driving this morning. The fog will slowly lift as we head into the afternoon hours, but the gloomy cloud coverage will stick around for the rest of the day. Most of southeast Nebraska will start to dry out by the afternoon as the winter weather system weakens and moves westward. Highs will top out in the mid-30s today before falling the next several days. We will end the week and start the weekend off with flurries and temperatures in the 20s.
- TODAY: Drizzle will persist into the afternoon hours before we start to slowly dry out. Overall highs will top out in the mid-30s again. HIGH: 36
- FRIDAY: Clouds stick around with cooler temperatures in the low 30s and flurries. HIGH: 32
- SATURDAY: Scattered flurries with highs in the upper 20s. HIGH: 29
- SUNDAY: More scattered flurries with chilly temperatures in the upper 20s. HIGH: 29
- MONDAY: Starting to warm up with highs in the mid-30s. HIGH: 36
