Another incredible day as we start gradually warming

The incredible stretch of pleasant days rolls on today. Normally we have a lot of severe weather to discuss at this time of the year, but those concerns are nowhere to be found.

Rain is going to be hard to come by for a while, too.

A fine morning and afternoon are in the forecast for Thursday. Skies clear for a lot of sunshine with a nice northeast breeze as temperatures warm to the 80s.

More clouds will develop this afternoon in central Nebraska, Lincoln being on the edge of that.

Some very spotty showers may be possible, if not a few sprinkles. It won’t be much if those clouds can squeeze out a bit of moisture.

We’ll start gradually warming through the end of the week, looking hottest around next Tuesday and Wednesday as we flirt with the 90s again.

Next 2 Days

Mother’s Day weekend will be on the warm side with more wind picking up on Mother’s Day this Sunday.

Weekend Fcst 2

We are in quite a dry spell for a while going forward. No rain in the forecast for quite some time to come. We’re looking at chances past the middle of the month, or next weekend (around May 16-17).
