LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Every student living on campus will be required to test again this week at UNL.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has updated its re-entry testing period in order to find more information about the spread of the omicron variant on campus.  Students living in residence halls or in sorority or fraternity houses must get a test Jan. 23-28.

Following this round of testing, the university will move to random-mitigation testing.  Students will be notified via email when they need to be tested.

This plan was developed in partnership with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department.  More information about UNL case numbers and positivity rate can be found here.
