Boating Accident Injures One

A young man is in very serious condition following a boating accident at Branched Oak Lake around 4 p.m. 

Authorities say the man fell off the boat and immediately struck the propeller. 

He was transported by Star-Care and rushed into surgery. His injuries are very serious, but not believed to life threatening. 

The driver of the boat was not drinking at the time.
