An Air Quality Alert is in place for much of Nebraska through Thursday. The air quality is going to suffer because of the smoke from wildfires in Canada.

Smoke will be pushing into our area Tuesday night, through Wednesday, and into Thursday. Density will depend on how close it gets to the surface and may vary hour to hour. Those that are susceptible to degraded air quality should take precautions if you’re going to be out and about.
