Chilly Monday then strong storms possible Tuesday
Another chilly day is expected for Monday with highs a little below average. We should see some sunshine, though!
The day starts off cold for everyone on Monday. Might even see some teens in NW Nebraska.
40s and 50s for highs are expected Monday. Our average high is 60.
For Tuesday, strong to severe storms are possible for central and eastern Nebraska. A level 1-2 “Marginal” to “Slight” risk for storms has been put in place by the Storm Prediction Center. Hail, damaging wind, and isolated tornadoes will be possible.
Below is what our StormCast weather model is showing for timing and duration.
After the storm chance Tuesday night, we have a few more rain chances in the 10day forecast. Temperatures will be very close to normal most days.
