Chilly Thursday temperatures with clearing skies 10/21/2021

We are off to a chillier start this Thursday morning with temperatures in the 30s and 40s across southeast NE. Wind speeds are still just strong enough for most of us to have wind chill values in the 40s. Grab your heavier layers this morning and bundle up the kids at the bus stop. Clouds will stick around for most of the day today, but some clearing will take place by the evening. Temperatures will warm to the upper 50s today, but we could warm a little more depending on how much the clouds clear today. Clouds completely clear overnight, and temperatures drop into the low to mid-30s. A Frost Advisory will go into effect early Friday morning and will expire at 10 AM Friday. Temperatures gradually warm into the weekend with a chance of rain starting late Saturday into Sunday.
