Cold air and precipitation chances headed our way
It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen accumulating snow in Lincoln. It’s been a record 326 days since we last saw accumulating snow!
There IS snow in the forecast, but accumulating snow (at least a tenth of an inch) doesn’t look likely. Temperatures will start in the 20s with a flurry chance later in the day.
Highs will generally be in the 30s and 40s across the state on Tuesday. That’s a little below average.
It continues to get colder as the week wears on. 30s for highs on Wednesday and 20s on Thursday. Brrr!
The 20s and 30s for highs is short lived, though. The 40s and 50s comes back by the weekend into next week.
