Cold, but not for long
It’s going to be a wild week for temperatures across Nebraska!
Monday is going to start off very cold. Temperatures will be in the single digits for many early in the morning.
The wind isn’t going to help, either. While it won’t be as bad as Sunday was, it’s still going to be gusting over 30 mph at times.
With that wind, the wind chill will drop into the double digits below zero early Monday. Bundle up!
Because of the cold wind chills, there are Cold Weather Advisories in place in northeast Nebraska for Monday morning.
Monday afternoon will be chilly, no way around that. The wind will make it bitterly cold, too.
We start the warm up rather quickly, though. By Tuesday (St. Patrick’s Day!), we’re already back to normal in Lincoln and very warm to the west.
By the time we get to Wednesday, summer is back!
