Cooler air headed our way
After temperatures in the 60s and 70s across the state on Thursday, we start to cool down on Friday. It’ll still be well above average, but the cool down will be in motion. Precipitation chances are out there Friday night and into Saturday, but it’s expected to be light.
It was VERY warm on Thursday! Above are the record highs for the day.
We cool off tonight, but we’ll still be well above average. We should be closer to 20 this time of year!
After starting in the 30s on Friday, we’ll quickly ramp up into the 50s. Cloud cover will keep us from warming up too much, though. Rain chances are highest after sunset.
Here’s where the rain will likely be by 10pm Friday. (above)
A little light snow and rain/snow mix will try to push through on Saturday. Anything that does fall will be light.
After the middle 50s on Friday, the lower 40s will be around for the weekend. That’s actually pretty close to normal!
