Cooler, but with less wind

Our average high is slowly creeping up on us and is very close to 40 degrees this time of year.

We’ll be above that all the way through the weekend and into next week, but we’ll be cooler than we have been for much of this week.

There is just a small chance for rain Friday evening, otherwise we’ll see partly to mostly cloudy skies.

We’ll start the day around the freezing mark and try for 50 in the afternoon. The wind will be MUCH quieter!

It’ll be much cooler to the west with highs near the Tri-Cities in the lower and middle 40s. Highs further southeast will be near 50.

Most areas will see less than an inch of snow Saturday into early Sunday, but a swath of heavier snow is possible for some, especially in the panhandle.
