COVID-19 update for Lancaster County

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lancaster County Health Department has announced 231 new cases of Coronavirus in the community on Sunday. This brings the community total to 18,616.
The total number of COVID-19 deaths for the county remains at 93.
Since Monday, the community lost 19 people to COVID-19, according to the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD).

So far, the weekly positivity rate is 29.4%.

A total of 755 people are hospitalized with the virus in the State of Nebraska.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, shortness of breath, repeated shaking with chills, repeated muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell. If you have symptoms, please get tested. Testing is now open to all Lancaster County residents by appointment only.
