Dangerously hot through end of week
Heat and humidity is going to remain dangerously high through Thursday of this week. Cooler air starts to move in Friday and into the weekend along with the first chance for precipitation we’ve seen in a long time.
Flat out hot again on Tuesday.
We start the day on Tuesday very warm, too. Temperatures will be in the upper 70s before quickly rising to around 100 by early afternoon.
The dewpoint will be high. It’s going to be very muggy all night and day. Some patchy fog will be possible because of this.
Dangerously high heat indices are likely Tuesday afternoon.
We will all see very high heat indices on Tuesday.
This heat and humidity lasts through Thursday, but relief will come our way Friday and into the weekend. We can do this!
