Drizzle and freezing drizzle still possible into Wednesday

Light mixed precipitation, drizzle, freezing drizzle and fog will all be possible overnight into Wednesday.

Temperatures will remain fairly mild by January standards. In fact, they really warm up next week!

Wwa

Winter Weather Advisory has been expanded and now includes south central and SE Nebraska through Wednesday morning.

Light drizzle and freezing drizzle will create a glaze that may make travel difficult on untreated surfaces. Especially bridges and overpasses.

Model Ice

We won’t see a lot of freezing drizzle, but any that does fall will make those untreated surfaces very slick. It doesn’t take much!

Fog

Much of the state will once again be in a Dense Fog Advisory overnight into Wednesday. Visibility will be low at times.

Visibility Model

Stormcast has our visibilities very low in the early morning hours.

3day Lincoln Forecast With Hourlies

We’ll have one more day with a chance at light rain and drizzle, then we start to dry out in time for the weekend.
