Fake $20 bills going around Nebraska community; check your money closely

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Fake money has been popping up across a Nebraska city, and authorities are urging everyone to be on the lookout.

The Nance County Sheriff’s office shared a black-and-white photo of the $20 bills being used in Fullerton.

You can see that “for motion picture purposes” is written on both sides.

The back also says, “In props we trust,” instead of “In God we trust.”

Anyone who comes across this phony currency is asked to contact law enforcement.
