(CNN) – Fisher Price is recalling 120,000 of its 4-in-1 Rock N’ Glide soothers in the U.S. after four infants died from suffocation.

The consumer product safety commission says inclined products such as gliders, soothers, rockers, and swings are not safe for babies to sleep in.

Fisher Price is also recalling 55,000 2-in-1 Soothe N’ Play gliders, although there have been no fatalities associated with that product.

The CEO of Fisher Price’s parents company, Mattel, will appear at a house oversight committee hearing in Washington next week to address the issue.

Meanwhile, parents are being told to immediately stop using the recalled products.

To learn more about the recall, or to get a refund, parents can call toll free at (855) 853-6224 during weekday hours.
