Hot and humid with storm chances by Sunday
Storms are possible late Saturday into Sunday, then we dry out for a while. Temperatures will also be very warm through the weekend, but we cool off quite a bit by Monday!
Some large hail fell Friday afternoon in SE Nebraska. Above are a few of the reports!
Most of Saturday is going to be hot and humid. There is a storm chance, but that should hold off until the evening hours.
The best chance for strong to severe storms will be in north central Nebraska late Saturday.
Because of that storm potential, northern Nebraska has a Marginal Risk for severe weather.
Another round of storms will roll through Sunday afternoon and evening.
There is a Marginal to Slight Risk for severe storms for the storm chance Sunday evening.
Overall, most of the weekend will be dry, but always have a way to be alerted should severe storms make it into your area!
