Hot with 4th of July storm chances
If you’re headed out for the Uncle Sam Jam Thursday evening, it’ll be hot, but rain free!
We’re all going to be hot on Thursday. Highs will range from 90 to 95 degrees, which is a few degrees above average.
The dew point could definitely be worse, but it will be high enough to have an effect.
The heat index will get very close to triple digits Thursday afternoon.
For the 4th of July, it will be warm again with a chance for storms. The better chance will be in the evening hours.
The storm chances will continue into the weekend, as well. It won’t be a wash out, but on and off storms are possible.
As we get into next week, storm chances continue early in the week, then we dry out and warm up for the 2nd half of the week.
