LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — With Civic Nebraska, Keri Leimbach, sophomore libero for Nebraska Huskers, is urging individuals to go vote.

Civic Nebraska is a nonpartisan, non-profit organization that aims to strengthen civic life across Nebraska.

“As a D1 student athlete, it gets really crazy with practices and classes going on,” Leimbach said. “One thing I’m trying to do is make sure I have a plan to vote.”

Leimbach said life can get busy, but voting matters.

“Make your plan, talk to your friends, and make your voice heard,” Leimbach said.
