Hy-Vee recalls pot roast dinners due to wheat allergen

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Hy-Vee is sending out a recall alert for its Mealtime beef pot roast dinners due to a wheat allergen.

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions as of Wednesday, according to Hy-Vee.

Officials said they were made aware that a gravy mix used in the meals contained a wheat allergen that was not listed on the label.

The dinners were sent to stores in Nebraska, according to a press release.

Hy-Vee has since removed all affected dinners from its shelves. Customers who bought them can return it for a full refund.
