WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — Breeze Airways announced Wednesday that they will add destinations and resume flights from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport starting in 2023.

The airline will provide nonstop flights from Warwick to Los Angeles, Tampa, New Orleans, and Jacksonville.

A one-stop flight will also be offered from Orange County to Rhode Island.

Already existing routes from T.F. Green include Charleston, South Carolina, Norfolk, Virginia, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.

Rhode Island Airport Corporation expects the additional routes to bring new jobs to the airport in the new year.

“This is wonderful news for both business and leisure travel to the Ocean State,” said Gov. Dan McKee. “New connections to the west coast and cities across the United States are a foundation of our Rhode Island 2030 plan to boost our state’s tourism and hospitality economy.”
