Grey Sail Brewing launches new IPA

WESTERLY, R.I. (WLNE) — Grey Sail Brewing of Rhode Island launched their new IPA on Sept. 1 during a release party.

Rising Hope Hazy Peach IPA will be available Sept. 1 anytime from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Throughout the month of September, it will be available at their Taproom and to-go at their Brewery store.

One-hundred percent of the proceeds from the IPA will be donated to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation.

For the past five years, Grey Sail has partnered with the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation to raise funds for cancer research.

Jennifer Brinton is the owner of Grey Sail, and tells ABC 6 News, “We are very proud to be a partner for the last five years.”

If you were unable to make today’s event, Grey Sail is hosting additional charity events.

  • A toy drive through Sept. 8 for Hasbro Children’s Hospital
  • A hair donation event on Sept. 15 to support Wigs For Kids
