WASHINGTON, D.C. (WLNE) — White House officials say that nearly 380,000 pounds of infant formula are headed to the United States this week.
The White House tweeted that nine flights are scheduled to deliver over 4 million 8-ounce bottles of formula.
This is part of the Biden Administration’s Operation Fly Formula mission.
“This means by this Sunday, Operation Fly Formula will have imported nearly 12 million bottles of infant formula to the U.S.,” White House officials said.
