Reed To Address New Suicide Prevention Hotline

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Sen. Jack Reed on Tuesday raised awareness to the new national suicide prevention hotline.

Reed was the co-author of a bill that will designate the number for the line as 988 later this month.

The current number, 1-800-273-8255, is still accessible up until July 16.
