Lancaster County COVID-19 update

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Today, the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) reports 26 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the community total to 31,031.

The total number of deaths remains at 232.
More than 28,116 people have recovered from the virus and nearly 120,000 people have been fully vaccinated in Lancaster County.

Thirty-four COVID patients are hospitalized (27 are Lancaster County residents). One patient is on a ventilator.
