LES says outages should be reported online amid phone system problems

Power Lines

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Lincoln Electric System is having problems with the third-party provider of its phone system, Powerline, which may result in busy signals.

With winter weather in Thursday’s forecast LES is urging customers to report outages online until service is fully restored.

Customers can do so at LES.com/Report.

If you can’t report an outage online, call 402-475-4211, pick option one and leave a message.

LES asks you to keep in mind that reporting by phone could lead to a longer response time.
