UPDATE: LPD says two missing boys have been found safe

UPDATE: As of 1:50 a.m. Thursday, LPD said it has safely located both of the boys.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing boy. They originally were looking for two boys, but have since found one of them; 10-year-old Trevon Sherrill.

Officials say the boy they are still looking for is 12-year-old Schaidou Casarez. He was last seen near 59th and Leighton around 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Anyone with information on the boy’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 402-441-6000.
