A 911 call about men checking houses and garage doors led to a man being arrested on a number of weapon and drug charges.

Lincoln police officers were dispatched to the area of 16th and B St. Tuesday night where they found a man, later identified as 21-year-old Ryan Gray. Gray (pictured below) fled on a bicycle and officers gave chase, police said.
An officer coming to assist the others was exiting his cruiser to stop Gray when Gray’s bicycle struck the officer’s cruiser door, police said. Gray was eventually cornered by officers and taken into custody.
During a search, officers found over 10 knives – ranging in length from 2-6 inches – an ice pick, meth, and pills on Gray, police said.
Gray was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, criminal mischief, and failure to comply.  He was also arrested for two outstanding warrants as well.
