LPS Hosts job fair
They are looking to fill nearly 100 positions
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln Public Schools held a job fair at Culler Middle School. They are looking to fill numerous support roles across the district.
Those positions include custodial staff, food service staff, para-educators, and substitute health technicians.
Jessi Stilwagon, LPS Human Resources Specialist, explained why job fairs like this are important for them.
“This is just a super important way that we can efficiently work to fill some of our spots. So it gives us the opportunity just to meet with a lot of different applicants for many different positions… We have nearly 100 spots to fill there’s lots of opportunities, we’d love to kind of process things quickly and get people into positions in the next couple of weeks.”
