Man arrested after attempting to rob local business, Lincoln Police say

Lincoln Police arrested Stark on suspicion of burglary, possession of burglar's tools and obstructing a police officer.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was arrested Thursday after he was found climbing over a chain-link fence at a local business, Lincoln Police say.

The owner of Diamond Concrete Cutting called the police after an alarm was tripped around 1:50 a.m.

Officers arrived and found Mason Stark, 24, climbing over a chain-link fence, according to Lincoln Police.

Stark led officers on a chase, but they eventually took him into custody.

Officers found various tools including a pry-bar and a hammer, Lincoln Police say.  Copper pipe was also found.

Lincoln Police arrested Stark on suspicion of burglary, possession of burglar’s tools, and obstructing a police officer.
