Man caught with 258 pounds of cocaine in Nebraska sentenced to prison

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A man who was caught hauling about 100 bricks of cocaine across Nebraska has been sent to prison, the U.S. Attorney’s Office says.
U.S. District Judge John M. Gerrard sentenced Steven R. Windoloski on Tuesday for possession with intent to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine.
Windoloski, a 33-year-old from Massachusetts, will spend four years and three months in prison.
In August 2022, he was pulled over on Interstate 80 near Hershey for a license plate violation.
Nebraska state troopers searched the vehicle and found the cocaine, which weighed a total of 258 pounds.
After prison, Windoloski will serve five years on supervised release.
