Inmate missing from Community Corrections Center-Lincoln


LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Tabitha Viktora failed to return to the Community Corrections Center-Lincoln on Friday night from her job in the community.

Viktora started her sentence on July 29 , 2020. She was sentenced to six to 10 years on a charge of attempted robbery out of Douglas County. She had a parole eligibility date of Jan. 14 and a tentative release date of Jan. 11, 2025.

Viktora is a 36-year old white woman. She is 5-foot-3 and 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to contact local authorities or the Nebraska State Patrol.

The facility is one of two community-custody facilities operated by the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services.

Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility.

Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities and attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
