Near record highs
High temperatures the next couple of days are going to be very close to record highs.
- Wednesday forecast: 78. Record high: 81 set in 2015.
- Thursday forecast: 76. Record high: 83 set in 2020
We’ll likely fall a few degrees short of the record highs each day, but this is 20 degrees above average! A cold front will roll through Thursday evening giving us a chance for some much need precipitation and much cooler air for Friday into the weekend.
It’s going to be a very warm, but very windy day for Wednesday. Highs will be 20 degrees above average with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies.
The wind will be sustained at 15-20 mph, but it’ll be gusting into the 30 to 40 mph range by Wednesday afternoon.
Looking ahead to the game on Saturday, cooler temperatures and a rain shower here and there is looking possible. #GBR
